In a somewhat surprising turn of events, Sam’s methotrexate number dropped from 0.51 or so yesterday to 0.07 today. Going home level = <0.15

he also has to show the med team that he could keep the fluids down before getting discharged (because as much as the hospital stay is challenging, getting dehydrated at home and getting readmitted really sucks.)

so with both boxes checked, home he went this afternoon!  Yay!

He’s still taking anti-nausea meds and I think he’s gotten a better appreciation for them and that staying ahead of the nausea is better than playing catch up.
