Hello 100 day challenge participants!
There is 1 week left - can’t believe it’s gone this fast!
How have you done with your goal?  I think I’ve missed 7 days but have definitely built a new habit that I will continue: daily yoga 💪🏼💪🏼. It’s something I look forward to and definitely miss when I don’t do it. 
And yesterday was 3 months post transplant. And Wednesday was 1 year post-diagnosis.
And just 13 days until Sam turns 18 🤯🤯
