If you or a family member gets carsick/motion sick, these barf bags are *awesome*.  We learned about them in the outpatient oncology clinic. And thankfully I had one in the car the other day and Zack used it (we now carry them with us). 

Design is great. Fits around your mouth (probably big for a smaller child but was fine for 10 year old Zack). Twist and stow the bag in a notch in the rim to secure the contents.

And toss.
