Sam left for Lisbon, Portugal on June 11 to spend time with his girlfriend and her mom (they have a place there). He was there for 9 days and then flew to Paris to join his BFF Alec for 4 days (Alec was working at a restaurant outside of town (Alec’s dad is from France and they stayed with Alec’s grandmother and dad :). Nothing like an insider’s guide to these 2 beautiful cities (he had been to Paris before but with an exclusively American view — Lisbon was new 😊).

Grateful he could travel (this time last year he couldn’t even go to skyline and the ocean was “too far” as it was >30 mins from the hospital 😱). Grateful to Nadia and Alec and their parents for hosting him. Grateful for all the things.
